SERMON: The Restoration of Peter

This summer, Central Church in Fayette had a Wednesday evening preaching series. Each speaker was asked to preach on different passages of Scripture in which someone had a powerful and transformative encounter with Jesus, and to show from his own life how that passage affected his life. Austin's text was John 21:1-19, on the restoration of St Peter by Jesus. The Wednesday series was designed to have rather long sermons, in order that the preacher would be able to dig deeply into the passage.
